  1. How do we submit? Via email? Call? Fax? 

    1. Depends on how the agent wants it. 

    2. Usually, you should research about the agent. Call their customer service, and ask from there. 

    3. From their website, if Fax is available we fax them too.

  2. If email, where do we submit? 

    1. The external agent's email. 

  3. If we are submitting to an external Agent, how?

    1. Call them and ask from there. 

  4. Do we need to take notes on the portal?

    1. Inside the portal there is a note section. We put a note there that the loss run request was sent to xx email.
