Step 1:

On the Homepage, click "Customers"

You can create a Corporate Customer (restaurant) or an Individual Customer (a single person)

Click on “Create New”

Step 2: 

Enter Costumer Info

  1. Fill in the Name of the company along with the blanks in yellow

  2. Fill in their address information

  3. If mailing address is different than Location address select the box and add it

  4. Select a nature of business: Is the company a restaurant? Apartments? Select accordingly

  1. Select P & C if we are creating a corporate client & the line of business that they will be provided with

  2. Must select John/Ioannis as a broker and add 100% for commission

  3. If you are in the Merchant Services Team, you would select MERCHANT SERVICES, and do the same

    1. Always SAVE

Step 4: 

Add Employees/Contacts

  1. Click on “Add New” to add a new contact & enter their info

  2. Enter their address (optional)

    1. Enter property address if mailing address is different

  3. Enter their title in the business

Step 5: 

Adding Vehicles(If any)

  1. Click “New” to add a new vehicle

  2. Double click on each field to add or edit the vehicle info

Contacts

  1. Under Contacts, you will find all employee contact information and other contact information

    1. Employee Contacts: All employees 

    2. (Other) Contacts: Accountant, lawyer, etc. ACCOUNTANT IS IMPORTANT AND WE MUST ALWAYS TRY TO ENTER THE INFO

  2. To add a contact, click on “New,” enter info and click “Update”

  3. To add an employee, select the gray arrow next to "Employees" and press "add new"

Drag & Drop Docs

  1. Drag & Drop any photos or documents important to the insured (Formation paperwork, lease agreement, etc.) THESE DOCS SHOULD RELATE TO HEC OMPANY AND NOT TO SPECIFIC POLICY OR PRODUCT

  2. Enter any important notes if necessary

Step 8: 

Create Product

Click the product you must create(home, WC, BOP, etc.)

Then enter all the info(the yellow under application) and click the save button twice

Once created, you can proceed with entering all the application info.

Create a test account for practice!

  1. Create a Corporate TestClient account to familiarize yourself with data entry on our portal. Example : Test Jennifer Rose Diner.

  2. Create an individual account using your Name and all your own personal information or update   the initial individual account given to you (if applicable). This is also your 201 with the company. Make sure to accomplish the following :

PART 1

a. Put your complete name and your other personal information.

b. Input your ID details here. This is the ID you submitted to Jpappas.

c. Put on your complete local address. However on the STATE, you can input NY for now.

d. Input your cell phone contact number. This is important and cannot be left blank.

e. Input your work email address

f. Paste here your official google meet room. This was created when you completed the task for google meet breakout room.

PART 2

a. Make sure your employer here is J.Pappas

b. Input here the date of your 1st day at Jpappas.

c. Input your official title.

d. Write Full Time (if applicable)

e. Always click save.
