   • There is either an Audit, Increase coverage, Decrease coverage, or Other and it will be in the request that you receive  ​

2. How do I know which contract to use?

   • It is usually the current term, but again depending on the request it may state a different date (especially on audit changes). Therefore, that would be the term you have to select in such cases.

3. What is BOP?

   • This stands for "Business Owner's Policy"​

4. What is self endorsing?

   1. Going onto the carrier's site and submitting the endorsement rather than sending it on JPappas. You still need to create in on JPappas, but do NOT send it.​

5. How do I know the amount of additional/refunded premium?

   1. The processed form will indicate the amount, if the number has parenthesis () or a minus sign "-", then that means it is refunded premium. If not, then it is additional​
