  1. What if we do not know the information that is needed in the Audit Process?

    1. If we do not have the necessary information, we must send all questions we have to the client, do not just leave it blank!

  2. What is the difference between an estimated and actual audit?

    1. An estimated audit is when an incomplete audit where the carrier estimates the payroll amounts. 

    2. An actual is a completed audit supported with documents proving the submitted info, therefore the amounts are accurate.
