How to generate a TRIA form
Complete the required information below to generate the Terrorism Risk Insurance Act (TRIA) form.

Go to #8 — Service. Click Svc. Letters

Click Service Letter

At the top of the page, click the dropdown menu and select 9a. TRIA
4
Click on Create E-mail.
5
Click on the document link to open the TRIA form.
6
Download and save the form, fill in any missing information, and send it to the client thru Jotform.
